Terms and Conditions:

1. Subscription Validity:

   • The subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

2. Transferability:

   • Subscriptions are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual subscriber.

3. Play Access:

   • Subscribers can attend any six shows within the subscription period. Unused play credits will not carry forward to the next year.

4. Card Delivery:

   • Cards will be delivered within 4-6 days of subscription purchase to the subscriber's registered address.

5. Digital Content Access:

   • Digital content will be accessible through a dedicated online platform, and subscribers will be notified of new content releases.

6. Cancellation Policy:

   • Subscriptions are non-refundable. In the event of a canceled show, alternative dates or a replacement play will be offered.

7. Updates and Communication:

   • Subscribers will receive regular updates via email or a dedicated online portal regarding upcoming shows, events, and any changes to the subscription package.

8. Termination:

   • The theatre reserves the right to terminate a subscription in the case of violation of terms or disruptive behaviour during performances.
